The model TXH102Z is a hermetically sealed, oil filled version of the molded TXZ100 and TXZ201 resistor. Hermetic sealing eliminates the ingress of both oxygen&nbsp (which degrades resistors over long periods of time) and moisture&nbsp which degrades resistors more quickly).
